HOW WE CAN HELP YOU
SERVICES
Low Back Pain
-
Low back pain can range from a dull ache or stiffness to sharp pain, spasms, or discomfort that makes bending, lifting, sitting, standing, exercising, or getting out of bed difficult. It may be associated with irritated joints, muscles, discs, nerves, repetitive stress, previous injuries, reduced mobility, or accumulated physical demands.
-
"My back always feels tight."
"It hurts when I bend or lift."
"Sitting too long kills my back."
"I threw my back out again."
"I wake up stiff every morning."
-
We assess spinal movement, hip mobility, posture, strength, stability, gait, and movement patterns to identify factors that may be increasing stress on the lower back. Care may include specific chiropractic adjustments, mobility work, soft-tissue techniques, corrective exercise, and practical movement strategies.
Your back should support your life, not limit it.
Neck Pain
-
Neck pain may feel like stiffness, aching, tightness, restricted motion, muscle tension, or sharp discomfort. Symptoms may stay local or extend into the shoulders, upper back, head, arms, or hands. Long hours at a computer, phone use, repetitive positions, previous injuries, stress, and reduced mobility can all contribute.
-
"My neck is always tight."
"I can't turn my head like I used to."
"I carry all my stress in my shoulders."
"I'm constantly cracking my neck."
"By the end of work my neck is killing me."
-
We look beyond the painful spot by evaluating cervical mobility, posture, shoulder mechanics, muscle tension, daily habits, previous injuries, and how the upper body moves together. Recommendations may include adjustments, mobility work, corrective exercise, soft-tissue techniques, and ergonomic strategies.
Your neck wasn't designed to feel tight every day.
Migraines/Headaches
-
Headaches have many possible causes and are not all the same. Tension-type and cervicogenic headaches can sometimes be associated with muscle tension, stress, restricted neck movement, prolonged positions, or irritation of structures in the upper neck. Other headache patterns may require medical evaluation.
-
"I get headaches after work."
"It starts at the base of my skull."
"My neck gets tight and then my head hurts."
"I keep reaching for pain relievers."
"I've had headaches so long I thought they were normal."
-
When appropriate, we evaluate whether neck mobility, posture, muscle tension, movement habits, and lifestyle demands may be contributing. We also screen for findings that suggest referral or additional medical evaluation is needed.
A recurring headache is worth understanding, not simply ignoring.
Sciatica
-
Sciatica describes symptoms associated with irritation of the sciatic nerve or the spinal nerve roots that contribute to it. Symptoms can include pain, burning, tingling, numbness, or discomfort traveling from the lower back or buttock into the thigh, calf, or foot.
-
"The pain shoots down my leg."
"My butt and leg are burning."
"My foot keeps going numb."
"Sitting makes it worse."
"I can't find a comfortable position."
-
We assess the lumbar spine, pelvis, hips, neurological findings, and movement patterns to understand the presentation and determine whether conservative care is appropriate. Care may include adjustments, mobility work, exercise, and movement modification.
The source of the pain and the site of the pain are not always the same place.
Shoulder Pain
-
The shoulder relies on coordination between the shoulder joint, shoulder blade, upper back, neck, and surrounding muscles. Pain may occur with reaching overhead, lifting, throwing, sleeping, exercising, or repetitive work.
-
"I can't reach overhead."
"Sleeping on that shoulder hurts."
"I feel a pinch when I lift my arm."
"My shoulder always feels tight."
"I stopped working out because I'm afraid to make it worse."
-
We evaluate shoulder motion along with the neck, thoracic spine, scapular mechanics, posture, strength, and movement patterns. When appropriate, care may combine chiropractic treatment with mobility and corrective exercise.
Don't just chase the painful shoulder. Understand how the whole system moves.
Posture / Tech Neck
-
Posture is the position your body repeatedly adopts throughout the day. Long periods of sitting, driving, computer work, phone use, and limited movement variety may contribute to stiffness, fatigue, and discomfort. Posture alone does not automatically mean something is damaged.
-
"I hate how hunched over I look."
"My head sticks forward."
"My shoulders are always rounded."
"I'm always trying to sit up straight."
"My upper back is constantly tight."
-
We evaluate mobility, movement habits, muscular endurance, spinal function, and ergonomics. The goal is not to force one perfect posture, but to help the body comfortably tolerate and move through more positions.
Better posture isn't about being perfect. It's about building capacity.
Knee Pain
-
Knee pain can involve the joint or surrounding muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other tissues. Because the knee sits between the hip and foot, mechanics above and below it can influence the stress it experiences.
-
"Stairs bother my knee."
"Squatting hurts."
"Running makes it flare up."
"One knee feels less stable."
"I feel like my knee caves in."
-
We assess the knee in context, which may include foot and ankle mobility, hip strength, pelvic control, gait, squat mechanics, and single-leg stability alongside the knee itself.
Where you hurt isn't always the only place we need to look.
Sports Injuries & Performance
-
Athletes do not always come in because of pain. Sometimes an old injury keeps returning, hip rotation feels limited, the back tightens after running, a shoulder feels different when throwing, or movement quality has changed.
-
"Something just feels off."
"My old injury keeps coming back."
"I don't move the same on one side."
"My back tightens every time I train."
"I want to stay healthy enough to keep competing."
-
We combine chiropractic care with movement assessment. Depending on the athlete, we may evaluate mobility, stability, gait, squat mechanics, joint motion, strength, and sport-specific demands.
You don't have to wait until you're injured to take care of your body.
Stress and Muscle Tension
-
Stress can show up physically. Prolonged stress may be accompanied by increased muscle tension, altered breathing, poor sleep, jaw clenching, headaches, fatigue, and heightened sensitivity to discomfort.
-
"I carry everything in my shoulders."
"My body never relaxes."
"My neck gets worse when I'm stressed."
"I'm constantly tense."
"I wake up feeling like I never recovered."
-
Chiropractic care does not remove life stressors. We can address musculoskeletal tension, restricted movement, breathing patterns, and physical demands that may accompany stress while teaching practical movement and recovery strategies.
We can't remove every stressor. We can help you build more physical resilience.

We do not work directly with any insurance providers. If your insurance provider covers out-of-network chiropractic services, we can supply you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
We’ve found that insurance companies put limitations on how we can provide care. It is our highest priority to be able to provide the highest quality chiropractic care, and being a cash based practice allows us to do just that!
-
The main focus of your first visit is to identify the underlying cause of your issue. We take the necessary time to thoroughly assess how your body functions to create a personalized treatment plan for you. We also take this time to determine if further imaging like X-ray or MRI is necessary to make sure it is safe to adjust you. Your adjustment will typically take place during your second visit, after you and your doctor have reviewed the Report of Findings and discussed the plan to help you achieve your goals.
-
Our pay-per-visit adjustment fee is $125. If you are a practice member with us, we offer complimentary visits with your care plan that can bring the average cost down to $76-$86 on average.

When you hear a cracking sound during a chiropractic adjustment, it's actually the release of gas bubbles from the fluid in your joints. This happens when the joint is stretched and pressure changes within the joint space, causing the gas to escape, which creates that popping or cracking noise. It's similar to the sound you hear when you crack your knuckles. The sound itself isn’t harmful and doesn’t necessarily indicate that the adjustment is working or not—it’s just a natural part of the process for some people.
